Training sessions are designed to deliver advanced medical learnings to industry opinion leaders and end users of your technology. 

​Along with the provision of a room to facilitate your workshop, this packages includes the listing of your workshop on the FIME website and a promotional campaign of the activity to your target audience to guarantee a successful session

Social events

Host a networking session with your primary target audience as part of our official Social Events program, which we will promote in the lead up to FIME 2021. Select any of the sessions below to host your event:

  • ‘Happy Hour’ available every day upon closing of the show

Conference partnership​

Be a prominent part of the conferences and stand out to the attending delegates by becoming a Conference partner. Varying benefits are available through three partnership tiers and bespoke packages can be created upon request.

Meeting rooms

Does your organization need a private meeting room during FIME 2021?​

Meeting rooms can be rented on a daily basis and are located above the exhibition halls, convenient for your team to access from the concourse to get away from the buzzing show floor to host meetings in a quiet place.

Lanyards

Have your logo worn around the necks of all attendees.

Choose to brand exhibitor lanyards, delegate lanyards, visitor lanyard, or a combination of any.

Badges

Place your logo on the front and back or all Arab Health badges. Badges are required to be worn at all times by Arab Health attendees to visit the exhibition and conferences.

Choose to brand Exhibitor, Delegate, Visitor, VIP or Media badges, or a combination of any.

Bags

Put your logo in the hands of all attendees.

Visitor bags and delegate bags are the two options available. Bags are distributed in key locations around the venue.

Include your collateral in these highly sought-after bags.

Notepads & pens

Pens are placed at the onsite registration desks for all attendees to use and take home.

Notepads and pens are available to over 5,000 delegates to use and can be collected in the conference areas.
