The Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU) is part of the Florida Department of Health and was created to regulate Florida’s Medical Marijuana Use Program. The OMMU is statutorily charged with developing and implementing accurate information regarding the legal, healthy and safe use of medical marijuana. Every day, the OMMU works to provide qualified patients, caregivers and physicians the information and resources they need to access Florida's medical marijuana use program.

Isaac Brown received a B.S degree from Florida A&M University in Graphic Design with a minor in Multimedia, and a master’s in business administration (MBA) with a concentration in Marketing and an MBA with a concentration in Leadership of Managers from Keiser University. As an Education and Training Coordinator for the Office of Medical Marijuana Use at the Florida Department of Health, he educates qualified physicians, patients, caregivers, law enforcement officers, and the public about Florida’s Medical Marijuana program.
