Please list some of your recent accomplishments.

Lenovo is innovative and entrepreneurial. Our PC Business remains #1 in the world, and we achieved the Gartner #9 position for the vendor with the best supply chain in the world. We have launched over 150 new products this year and achieved many CES 2023 awards, Lenovo received the award for AI-Driven System to Increase Efficiency, and Sustainability in Packaging. Lenovo was also named the most admired company by Fortune Magazine in 2023. 

In your opinion, what are the key challenges troubling the healthcare industry in the US now? What steps has your organisation undertaken to address them?

The biggest challenge we see in the US Healthcare industry from a technology lens is the digitalisation of products and services as well as increasing operational efficiencies across all networks. The industry is faced with a lag in transformation, and this is increasing the pressure on investing in new technology and new applications. Lenovo has committed to creating healthcare solution blueprints, to help our healthcare customers & OEMs to make informed decisions on investments in technology for improved business outcomes and a fully connected technology ecosystem. The post-pandemic world is reliant on technology more and more and healthcare is a major part of why Lenovo creates smarter technology for all.

Tell us about your recent and upcoming investments and partnerships, if any.

Lenovo is fueled by partnerships across industries, technologies, and markets. We will continue to invest in partnerships to support healthcare solutions as we announced with LG and other large OEMs investing in healthcare transformation. Lenovo has announced its goal to reach net-zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 2050, validated and approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), a partnership between the UN Global Compact, CDP, and Worldwide Fund for Nature.

What will you be showcasing at FIME 2023 and what opportunities are you looking forward to?

At FIME this year we will be a first-time Exhibitor and Presenter. We are showcasing technology suited for the healthcare OEM and solutions environment, AI-ready and powerful professional workstations, and medical-grade displays provided by our partners at LG Displays among others in the healthcare OEM industry.

What are your business goals for the next 12 months?

In the next 12 months, Lenovo will continue to drive commitments to connect with our Healthcare customers earlier in their solution development stages and their transformation journey, so we may become a trusted advisor for Innovation and investments in technology.
