Go to the Customer Centre & register yourself (and your colleagues) on the VISIT portal first within the 'Exhibitor Badge' section, in order to receive your log in details to the Online Platform. |
I completed my registration, what's next? Once you complete your registration you will receive a welcome email from our online platform with your access to the FIME Online platform as an exhibitor. Please log in and complete company and product information. Our mobile app uses the same information from the platform, so it is important to have a complete profile. |
Since the Live event will be held from June 19 - 21, 2024, what options do Live event exhibitors have to access visitors at the Online platform? The Online platform is available from June 5 to July 5, FOC to all Live event exhibitors, although developing connections though face-face interactions is the focus of the Live show. The objective of the Online event is to assist in qualifying and pre-scheduling meetings in the lead up to the physical show, as well as fostering connections at the Live show through the Online platform. |
From which countries do you expect to attract international visitors for the live event? For the Live event, we expect about 80% of the audience from the US and LatAm region. |
Are there any changes to build and break down procedures? There are no changes in the build and breakdown procedures. However, there will be no working overnight to allow for fumigation and sanitization of the halls for the next day. |
