I can't attend FIME in person. Is there an online option for FIME this year?

Yes there is! For those that are unable to attend in-person, or who want to complement their in-person experience, we have FIME Online, taking place from June 7 - July 7. Register for free today and access the platform.

How do I get my badge to attend FIME?

FIME 2023 is a contactless event and printed badges and lanyards will not be used this year. Onsite registration will also not be available. All attendees MUST register online.

What are the hours for FIME?

FIME is open from 10am-5pm EST on June 19-21, 2024, and 10am-4pm on June 23, 2023.

What is the cost to attend FIME?

Registration is free of charge for visitors.

What is included in my FIME registration?

Access to the show featuring more than 1,200 exhibitors and 12,000 visitors. New for 2023, Matchmaking service to connect directly with exhibitors of interest to you 2023 digital show catalog highlighting exhibitors, products and services, and networking opportunities. FIME mobile app to help you plan your visit to FIME in advance.

I have registered online for FIME but have not received my confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam folder as the confirmation email may have been mistaken for spam. If you do not see your confirmation email in your inbox or spam folder, please contact us directly for assistance.

I need a visa letter to travel to FIME. How do I request one? Is there a cost for this?

You will have access to download a free custom visa invitation letter from your attendee dashboard AFTER you register. A visa invitation letter is NOT available for anyone who has not officially registered to attend the show.

What is the cost to attend the FIME conferences?

Registration is free of charge for visitors.

What is the appropriate age level for admission to FIME?

All visitors must be 18 years or older. Children and Juniors under 18 years of age are not permitted in the Florida International Medical Expo or areas around the event.
